WP1 Project Management

WP 1 covers the entire project period. It includes activities aimed at monitoring and reporting the project development from technical, administrative and financial points of view as well as the timing and the interconnections between WPs and tasks and the

management of any modifications to the project work plan and task development. Within this WP the management and communication procedures will be established, as guidelines for all the partners for what concerns responsibility, communication flow, reporting duties.

This WP deals as well with the establishment of a project secretariat for the management of the daily activity and the preparation of meetings, reports, and the management of a project document server.

A Steering Committee will be established for monitoring the project activity, guaranteeing transparency over the project’s progress, to anticipate problems and minimise deviations from the project plan and for taking collegial decision about contingency actions.
