WP5 Quality Assurance


The WP5 activities are mainly based upon the Quality Management Plan (Task 5.1) where the procedures and mechanisms, used to ensure the quality of project activities and outcomes, are indicated. The process of quality management is aimed at a continuous improvement of project development and outcomes, carried out by the partners along the two years also with the contribution of

external evaluators. A report on the quality management is also foreseen every 8 months (Task 5.2).

Quality management is carried out taking into consideration the progress towards the workplan, stating the success or failure of tasks, as well as the EU policies on quality assurance (ENQA) and qualification (EQF) of training initiatives.
